Inventist is excited to announce our latest victory over the counterfeiters in China who are making illegal copies of the AquaSkipper! Our legal team in China has successfully shut down Wiztem Trade Company’s production of the AquaSkipper.

This victory brings our total judgment against counterfeiters in China to over $150,000. Companies we have won judgments against include Hongyuan Aluminum Products Co. Ltd., Speed Trade Co. Ltd., Swordfish Trade Co. Ltd., St. Long Sports Equipment Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Vogue Industry, Enze Vehicle Co. Ltd., and Tengbo Trade Co. Ltd.

Our legal team is working hard to shut down the counterfeiters who are making low quality, illegal copies of the AquaSkipper. Inventist has the patent on the AquaSkipper in China, Europe, Japan, Korea, and the United States. If you are buying from a Chinese counterfeiter please be aware that they are selling an older version of the AquaSkipper, they are using lower quality materials, and they usually do not carry liability insurance.

If you place an order with a Chinese counterfeiter please also note that any deposit you pay may be lost if we are able to win our case against them in court. You will not get your money back from the competitor and you will not receive the product that was promised to you.

We are tracking down all of the illegal copiers one by one to ensure that all are penalized by the court.
